All your documents for processing your visa's must reach us 31 days prior to your departure date. Failure to do so would attract an Urgent Visa Fees of Rs 1,500 per person. The same is also applicable for all fresh bookings done within 31 days of departure. However, payment of Urgent Visa fee does not guarantee issuance of Visa.
All Tour Participants should hold valid travel documents viz Passport and visas for travel. It will be the Tour Participant’s responsibility to apply for visa with complete set of documents required by the embassy/consulate within the stipulated period as advised by the Company. In the event the visa application made by Tour Participant or by the Company on his/her behalf is rejected by the consulate due to either inadequate supporting documents or for whatever reason or where the visa could not be processed due to late submission of application by the Tour Participant the Company shall not be liable for the eventuality and lead to forfeiture of booking amount paid and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained for the same. All cost, charges in respect of the said visa application shall be borne by the Tour Participant. Visa fees are non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.
However due to rejection of visa or non-processing of visa application due to any circumstances if the Tour Participant is unable to travel on the tour originally booked he/she shall have the option to postpone the tour to another available date or change to any other tour by paying transfer charge.
The Company would not be responsible in any way in case of any clerical error regarding name, attachment of wrong photograph, duration and type of visa (single / multiple entry) occurring on passport, refusal of an entry visa and delays in grant or refusal of an entry visa.
Where passport is required to be mailed for visa / POE to different cities, Company would mail them by reputed courier. In case of transmission delays or loss of passport arising out of such transmission Company would not be responsible to compensate the Tour Participant for any consequence/s thereof.
Further the Company should not be held liable in case of loss of documents given by you in support of your visa application to the concerned consulate / embassy.
The position in respect of cancellation of Tour by the Tour Participant due to non-availability of travel documents would not change only by virtue of the Tour Participant having lost such documents

one point five € for 3 * hotel / 3 € for 4* hotel / 4 € for 5* hotel accommodation, tax per room, per night will be automatically charged to the guest’s over and above the invoice amount and will be payable by the guests directly to the hotel prior to their check out.

Day 1
1st day Athens:
Arrival in Athens. Our transfer will be waiting for you at the airport to take you to your hotel. Check-in. Overnight.
Day 2
2nd day Athens – Athens city tour &Acropolis museum:
Breakfast and get ready for Athens Half day city tour. This tour gives you an opportunity to observe the striking contrasts that make Athens such a fascinating city. Our expert guides will take you to see the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896 (short stop). Continue and pass by the Prime Minister's residence (ex. Royal Palace) guarded by the Euzones in their colorful uniform, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian's Arch, the Parliament and the memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, the Constitution Square (Syntagma). On the Acropolis visit the Architectural Masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally "the harmony between material and spirit", the monument that "puts order in the mind", the Parthenon. Continue and visit the place where at last the statues found their home and admire the wonders of the classical era: The new Acropolis museum. Overnight.
Day 3
3rd day Athens – Mykonos:
Transfer to the port for your ferry boat to Mykonos. Arrival and transfer to your hotel. Check-in. Overnight.
Day 4
4th day Mykonos:
Free day at leisure in Mykonos. We highly recommend you the optional tour to Delos Island or Mykonos Walking tour. Overnight.
Day 5
5th day Mykonos – Santorini:
Transfer to the port for your speed boat to Santorini. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Check-in. Overnight.
Day 6
6th day Santorini– Caldera &Oia sunset tour:
Breakfast and then starting the tour by bus from the pick-up point, we arrive at the port of Athinios and board the boat. We will sail close to the old port of Fira and make our first stop in the volcanic island of NeaKameni. Walking up the soil path, we will approach the crater of the still active volcano. The trip continues to the second volcanic island named Palea Kameni, The boat makes a stop approximately 50 meters from the Hot Springs so you can dive in the green sulphur waters or simply relax and enjoy the view. After the Hot Springs we will sail to Thirasia Island which was part of Santorini before the big explosion of the volcano. We will stay in Thirasia for two hours having the chance to go swimming, have lunch next to the sea or explore the village of Manolas with its winding steps and traditional houses. Leaving Thirasia Island, the boat will take us to the port of Oia. We will walk up the steps to the most famous place of the world for its amazing sunset. The tour ends 30 minutes after the sunset. We will gather at the pickup point in Oia where the bus will be waiting to take you back to the point you started the excursion. Overnight.
Day 7
7th day Santorini:
Transfer to the airport for your flight back home, having the best impression from your trip!
