A valid passport

Your passport or travel document must be valid for at least 3 months from the date on which you will leave the Schengen area.

Your passport or travel document must have at least 2 empty visa pages.

Passport copy of the EU / Italian national.
  Invitation letter from the EU/Italian national (issued no more than 6 months before the submission of the visa application) mentioning whether the invitation is meant for tourism or family reunion.
  Proof of the family relationship Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Stato civile e Stato di famiglia are mandatory. CERTIFICATES NEED TO BE REQUESTED ONLINE ON THE ITALIAN ANPR PORTAL, ALL STAMPED (16 Eur Stamp duty) AND WITH QR CODE.
  Certificates issued by the Italian Municipality will be verified by the Embassy with the competent Authority in Italy.
  When submitting documents both original Italian (or EU) and Indian documentation need to be provided, the latter should be duly apostilled.
  FOR MINORS APPLYING:

If applicant is traveling with both parents: original and copy of birth certificate.

If applicant is travelling with one of the parents: original consent letter written and signed by the other parent, legalized through the Italian Embassy/Consulate when the other parent is resident abroad and minor applicant’s birth certificate(copy and original).

If minor is travelling alone: original consent letter to travel abroad written and signed by both parents, legalized through the Italian Embassy/Consulate when the other parent is resident abroad.

If one of the parents passed away, death certificate (original and copy) together with translation in English.

Flight ticket Dependent family members are required to present documentary evidence that over the last 12 months the EU citizen has transferred money or born expenses in a quantity that the effective financial dependence can be assessed. Evidence may be adduced by any appropriate means as long as the dependency is genuine and structural in character.
  Italian citizens residing under Delhi jurisdiction (Union Territories of Delhi and Chandigarh; the States of Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Jammu-Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh) and regularly enrolled in the Consular Register may contact the Consulate of Italy in Delhi to retrieve the necessary documentation

Booking and Payment

A Registration fee (75,000 Per Person) is required at the time of booking (Non-Refundable).

To confirm your booking, please provide complete registration form along with all required documents.

Full payment must be received by 4 weeks before departure to secure your spot.

Late payment may result in a change to your departure date/cancellation of the booking.

Hotels

In the event your chosen hotels are unavailable, Red-Carpet Tours will offer comparable alternatives with similar service and amenities.

Group Travel

Group tickets cannot be refunded.

Date changes are only permitted before tickets are issued. Any fare difference will be charged extra.

Seat Upgrades

Upgrading your seat or class can only be done at the airport, subject to availability.

Pricing

The package cost is based on an exchange rate of 83 USD and is subject to change.

Airfare and taxes are subject to change.

Itinerary Changes

Confirmed itineraries cannot be modified unless submitted in writing. Verbal requests will not be accepted.

Minimum Group Size

This travel package requires a minimum of 35 adult passengers traveling together.

A reduction in group size may lead to a price increase or changes to included services.

Check-In/Out Times

International check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00.

Currency Fluctuations

An increase in the exchange rate may impact the cost of transportation and other land arrangements.

You will be responsible for any additional charges payable directly to Red Carpet Tours. Hotel Rates

Hotel prices are subject to change without notice due to delays or management changes.

If your chosen hotel is unavailable, alternative options with potentially different pricing may be offered.

Flight Delays/Cancellations

You are responsible for any additional expenses due to flight delays, changes, or cancellations. Red Carpet Tours will assist you where possible, but no refunds will be provided for unused services.

Trade Fairs

Red Carpet Tours is not liable for changes to dates, venue, cancellation, or exhibition profile of trade fairs.

Single Travelers

Single travelers may be required to pay a single room supplement if a twin room partner cannot be found.

Visa Information

Red Carpet Tours is not responsible for any refused/delayed visa documents or expenses incurred due to visa issues.

Cancellation charges apply for visa refusal as per policy.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges apply in addition to the non-refundable registration fee:

More than 45 days prior to departure: Booking Amount of INR 75,000

Between 45 to 31 days prior to departure: 75% of package price

Between 30 to 0 days prior to departure: 100% of package price

Written notification is required for these charges to apply.

Additional Information

Red Carpet Tours reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport and any necessary visas for your trip.

Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Red Carpet Tours is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage suffered during your trip.
