(1) Passport
Original passport with at least six months of remaining validity and with more than 2 blank visa pages, a photocopy of the passport's data page and the photo page if it is separate. (If you apply multiple entry visa, validity of your passport should cover the validity plus duration of stay on your visa)
(2) Visa Application Form and Photo
Please complete the Visa Application Form online “application form”, upload your electronic photo (click to check the rules for photos), then print and sign the Visa Application Form. One actual photo (size 33x48mm in color with white background as the rules required above) is also needed when walking in to submit your application.
(3) Proof of legal status (applicable for those not applying for the visa in their country of citizenship)
If you are not applying for a visa in the country of your citizenship, you must provide the original and photocopy of your valid certificates of residence, employment or student status, or other valid certificates of legal stay provided by the relevant authorities of the country where the Visa Centre is located.
(4) Photocopy of previous Chinese passports or previous Chinese visas (applicable for those who were Chinese citizens and have obtained foreign citizenship).
If you are applying for a Chinese visa for the first time, you should provide the last Chinese passport held and a photocopy of its data page.
If you have obtained Chinese visas before and apply for a Chinese visa with a renewed foreign passport that does not contain any Chinese visa, you should present the photocopy of the previous passport's data page and the photo page if it is separate, as well as the previous Chinese visa page (If your name on the current passport differs from that on the previous one, you must provide an official document of name change).
(1) Documents concerning commercial activity issued by a trade partner in China, or trade fair invitation, etc. The invitation letter should contain:
a) Information of the applicant (incl. full name, gender, date of birth, etc.);
b) Details of the planned visit (incl. purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, relationship between the applicant and the inviting party, details of any financial support to be provided during the stay in China) ;
c) Information of the inviting party (incl.name, contact telephone number, address, official stamp, signature of the legal representative or individual).

(2) Applicants who have obtained M-visas more than twice over the previous two years (or obtained an F-visa before September 1, 2013 for the purpose of commercial and trade activities) or have a certificate of investments in China, a business license or other documents, may apply for a multiple-entry M-visa valid for half a year or one year, but the applicants must provide photocopies of the aforementioned visas or relevant documents.
(3) Applicant's personal covering letter or your company's certification letter (incl. purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, information of the inviting party, such as inviting company's name, address, contact person's name, contact telephone number, etc.)
(1) The applicant should guarantee that all information provided in the application is true and correct. Any false, misleading or incomplete information may result in denial of the visa or refusal of entry into China.
(2) The invitation letter may be in the form of fax, photocopy or computer printout. If necesssary, the consular officer may require the applicant to provide other documents or supplementary materials, or require an interview with the applicant.
(3) The consular officer will decide on whether or not to issue the visa and on its validity, duration of stay and number of entries in light of specific conditions of the applicant

Booking and Payment
A Registration fee (75,000 Per Person) is required at the time of booking (Non-Refundable).
To confirm your booking, please provide complete registration form along with all required documents.
Full payment must be received by 4 weeks before departure to secure your spot.
Late payment may result in a change to your departure date/cancellation of the booking.
Hotels
In the event your chosen hotels are unavailable, Red-Carpet Tours will offer comparable alternatives
with similar service and amenities.
Group Travel
Group tickets cannot be refunded.
Date changes are only permitted before tickets are issued. Any fare difference will be charged extra.
Seat Upgrades
Upgrading your seat or class can only be done at the airport, subject to availability.
Pricing
The package cost is based on an exchange rate of 83 USD and is subject to change.
Airfare and taxes are subject to change.
Itinerary Changes
Confirmed itineraries cannot be modified unless submitted in writing. Verbal requests will not be
accepted.
Minimum Group Size
This travel package requires a minimum of 35 adult passengers traveling together.
A reduction in group size may lead to a price increase or changes to included services.
Check-In/Out Times
International check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00.
Currency Fluctuations
An increase in the exchange rate may impact the cost of transportation and other land arrangements.
You will be responsible for any additional charges payable directly to Red Carpet Tours. Hotel Rates
Hotel prices are subject to change without notice due to delays or management changes.
If your chosen hotel is unavailable, alternative options with potentially different pricing may be offered.
Flight Delays/Cancellations
You are responsible for any additional expenses due to flight delays, changes, or cancellations. Red
Carpet Tours will assist you where possible, but no refunds will be provided for unused services.
Trade Fairs
Red Carpet Tours is not liable for changes to dates, venue, cancellation, or exhibition profile of trade
fairs.
Single Travelers
Single travelers may be required to pay a single room supplement if a twin room partner cannot be
found.
Visa Information
Red Carpet Tours is not responsible for any refused/delayed visa documents or expenses incurred due
to visa issues.
Cancellation charges apply for visa refusal as per policy.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges apply in addition to the non-refundable registration fee:
More than 45 days prior to departure: Booking Amount of INR 75,000
Between 45 to 31 days prior to departure: 75% of package price
Between 30 to 0 days prior to departure: 100% of package price
Written notification is required for these charges to apply.
