Optional Activities: Any activities or excursions not mentioned in the inclusions are not covered by the package.
Personal Expenses: Items of a personal nature such as laundry, souvenirs, phone calls, and minibar charges are not included.
Pre/Post Accommodation: Additional nights before or after your included hotel stay will incur an extra charge of USD 140 per night, including room and breakfast only.
Individual Transfers: Transfers outside of the scheduled group transfers will cost USD 100 per van, per way.
Additional Travel Insurance Cost depending upon the age of the traveler ie 55 years and above.
This package includes a Group Visa Charges Urgent visa processing Single or double-entry visas will incur additional charges.
Additional Charges if anyone requires Sticker Visa: Rs 5500/- Per Person.
Visa Services: The following visa-related expenses are not included: Invitation Charges, VFS Premium Lounge Charges & Courier Charges.

A registration fee of INR 75,000 per person is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
To confirm your booking, please submit the complete registration form along with all required documents.
Full payment must be received 4 weeks before departure to secure your booking.
Late payment may result in a change of departure date or cancellation of the booking.
In the event your chosen hotels are unavailable, Red-Carpet Tours will offer comparable alternatives with similar service and amenities.
Group tickets are non-refundable.
Date changes are permitted only before tickets are issued. Any fare difference will be charged extra.
Seat or class upgrades can only be requested at the airport and are subject to availability.
The package cost is based on an exchange rate of USD and is subject to change.
Airfare and taxes are subject to change.
Confirmed itineraries cannot be modified unless the request is submitted in writing. Verbal requests will not be accepted.
This travel package requires a minimum of 35 adult passengers travelling together.
Any reduction in group size may lead to a price increase or changes in included services.
Standard international hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
An increase in the exchange rate may impact the cost of transportation and other land arrangements.
Any additional charges arising due to currency fluctuation will be payable directly to Red Carpet Tours.
Hotel rates are subject to change without prior notice due to availability, delays, or hotel management changes.
If the selected hotel is unavailable, alternative options with different pricing may be offered.
Any additional expenses due to flight delays, changes, or cancellations shall be borne by the traveller.
Red Carpet Tours will assist wherever possible, but no refund will be provided for unused services.
Red Carpet Tours shall not be liable for any change in trade fair dates, venue, cancellation, or exhibition profile.
Single travellers may be required to pay a single room supplement if a twin-sharing room partner is not available.
Red Carpet Tours shall not be responsible for visa refusal, visa delay, incomplete documents, or any expenses incurred due to visa-related issues.
Cancellation charges will apply in case of visa refusal as per the cancellation policy.
The passenger/s will not hold Red Carpet Tours Pvt. Ltd, under any circumstances, liable or responsible for any
refused/delayed documents and / or for any expenses incurred due to non-availability of visa and / or error in dates
of visa granted, etc. In case of visa refusal, cancellation charges will be applicable as given.
More than 45 days prior to departure: booking amount of INR 75,000 will be charged.
Between 45 to 31 days prior to departure: 75% of the package price will be charged.
Between 30 to 0 days prior to departure: 100% of the package price will be charged.
Written cancellation notification is required for cancellation charges to apply.
Red Carpet Tours reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport and all required visas for the trip.
Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Red Carpet Tours shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage suffered during the trip.
