All your documents for processing your visa's must reach us 31 days prior to your departure date. Failure to do so would attract an Urgent Visa Fees of Rs 1,500 per person. The same is also applicable for all fresh bookings done within 31 days of departure. However, payment of Urgent Visa fee does not guarantee issuance of Visa.

All Tour Participants should hold valid travel documents viz Passport and visas for travel. It will be the Tour Participant’s responsibility to apply for visa with complete set of documents required by the embassy/consulate within the stipulated period as advised by the Company. In the event the visa application made by Tour Participant or by the Company on his/her behalf is rejected by the consulate due to either inadequate supporting documents or for whatever reason or where the visa could not be processed due to late submission of application by the Tour Participant the Company shall not be liable for the eventuality and lead to forfeiture of booking amount paid and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained for the same. All cost, charges in respect of the said visa application shall be borne by the Tour Participant. Visa fees are non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.

However due to rejection of visa or non-processing of visa application due to any circumstances if the Tour Participant is unable to travel on the tour originally booked he/she shall have the option to postpone the tour to another available date or change to any other tour by paying transfer charge.

The Company would not be responsible in any way in case of any clerical error regarding name, attachment of wrong photograph, duration and type of visa (single / multiple entry) occurring on passport, refusal of an entry visa and delays in grant or refusal of an entry visa.

Where passport is required to be mailed for visa / POE to different cities, Company would mail them by reputed courier. In case of transmission delays or loss of passport arising out of such transmission Company would not be responsible to compensate the Tour Participant for any consequence/s thereof.

Further the Company should not be held liable in case of loss of documents given by you in support of your visa application to the concerned consulate / embassy.

The position in respect of cancellation of Tour by the Tour Participant due to non-availability of travel documents would not change only by virtue of the Tour Participant having lost such documents

A deposit of 25-30% is due at booking. The balance is due 30 days before departure. Full payment is required for bookings within 30 days.

Cancellations: Full refund minus deposit if canceled more than 30 days before. 50% refund for 15-30 days before. No refund if canceled less than 15 days.

Itinerary changes may occur due to unforeseen events. We will notify you of major changes.

You are responsible for obtaining visas and ensuring your passport is valid for 6 months beyond travel.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance for cancellations, medical issues, and lost baggage.

Ensure you meet health requirements, including vaccinations. Follow safety guidelines during the trip.

Accommodation and transportation are arranged but may change due to availability or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delays caused by third-party providers.

You are responsible for your belongings. We are not liable for lost or stolen items.

We reserve the right to remove any participant for disruptive behavior.

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or political unrest.

Complaints must be made during the trip and submitted in writing within 14 days. Legal disputes are under Indian jurisdiction.

Day 1

Cape Town Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport, a Travcare representative meets you for a transfer to your pre-booked hotel. Cape Town is one of the most popular long-haul destinations in the world. Due to its unique topography, it is also one of the easiest places in which to orientate oneself as long as you remember that with Table Mountain behind you and Robben Island before you; you are facing north, looking across Table Bay and up the west coast of Africa. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 2

Cape Town - City Tour After breakfast leave on a half-day Mother City tour. You will go for a scenic coastal drive through Clifton & Sea Point & later tour passes the Houses of Parliament, the Castle, the SA Museum, and a few other historical sights – District Six, Bo-Kaap, Slave Lodge & ending at the bustling Greenmarket Square. A cable car ride, takes you up the Table Mountain (weather permitting otherwise Signal Hill) for a breath-taking view over the city (entrance is included) Return to your hotel. Day 3

Cape Town - Peninsula Tour Breakfast is taken at the hotel. Depart on a full day Peninsula tour This comprehensive tour shows you the best of the spectacular Cape Peninsula and why it is it's called the Fairest Cape. Travel past Sea Point and Camps Bay, past the famous beaches of Clifton and Llandudno towards Hout Bay. Drive along the Atlantic Seaboard. Pass through Noordhoek and Scarborough. Later you will take to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Enjoy the funicular ride aboard the “Flying Dutchman” and enjoy the unforgettable spectacular views. Later get the photo opportunity to take some pictures at the second southernmost tip of the African continent. Visit the beautiful Boulders Beach, and have the option to sit among the famous colony of Jackass Penguins. Thereafter we enjoy a short stop at the naval port of Simon's Town and know about the legend of “Able Seaman Just Nuisance” the Great Dane Dog that was inducted in Royal Navy. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel. (B)

Day 4

Cape Town - Johannesburg - Sun City After breakfast transfer to Cape Town airport to board a flight to Johannesburg. On arrival you are met by a Travcare representative for a transfer to Sun City. (175 kms, approx. 2 hours 30 mins) The Sun City complex is surrounded by two championship golf courses, numerous swimming pools and a huge manmade lake offering various water sports. Optional activities include Hot Air Ballooning. Enjoy lunch at the Raj Indian Restaurant (own account). Then you could relax at the Valley of the Waves, or take a walk through the gardens of the Lost City. This magical city knows no limits - you have the chance to win a fortune at the Casino and Entertainment Centre, there are lavish extravaganzas and a multitude of restaurants to cater for every taste. Overnight stay at Hotel. (B)

Day 5

Sun City After breakfast you will enjoy your day at leisure. Optional game drives to Pilanesberg Nature Reserve to see the Big 5 (cost of the game drive is not included) Overnight stay at Hotel (B)

Day 6

Sun City - Johannesburg After breakfast transfer to Joburg. Arrive and leave for a Gold Reef City tour (Open Thursdays to Sunday only) Where you will see reconstruction of Johannesburg during the Gold Rush era, built around a mine. Activities include a Victorian fun fair, miners' houses, brewery, pubs, restaurants and stock exchange. You can watch molten gold being poured and take a trip down an old mine shaft. Tribal dancing adds to the fun. Check in at the hotel in the evening, overnight at hotel (B)
