To apply for a Schengen visa, Indian citizens must submit the following documents:
1. Completed Visa Application Form
Download the form from the official website of the Schengen country you are visiting or fill it out online (depending on the embassy/consulate).
Ensure all details are accurate and consistent.
2. Valid Passport
Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended date of departure from the Schengen area.
At least two blank pages for visa stamps.
Issued within the last 10 years.
3. Recent Passport-Size Photographs
Two identical photos.
Dimensions: 35mm x 45mm.
White background, neutral expression, no headgear (unless for religious purposes).
Photo should meet biometric standards.
4. Cover Letter
Explain the purpose of your visit, itinerary, and duration of stay.
Addressed to the consulate/embassy of the country you are applying to.
5. Travel Itinerary
Flight reservation showing entry and exit dates.
Proof of accommodation: Hotel bookings or a letter of invitation from a host in the Schengen country.
Include a detailed travel plan, if applicable.
6. Travel Insurance
Must cover medical emergencies, accidents, and repatriation.
Minimum coverage of €30,000.
Valid for all Schengen countries for the entire duration of your stay.
7. Proof of Financial Means
Recent bank statements (last 3–6 months).
Income tax returns (ITR) or Form 16.
Proof of sponsorship (if applicable) along with a sponsor’s letter and financial documents.
8. Employment Documents
For employed individuals: Letter from employer, salary slips (last 3 months), and leave approval.
For self-employed: Business registration certificate and financial documents.
For students: Enrollment letter and NOC from the educational institution.
For retirees: Pension statements or proof of retirement income.
9. Proof of Civil Status
Marriage certificate, birth certificate, or other relevant documents, if applicable.
10. Biometrics
Fingerprints and photo will be taken at the visa application center unless exempt.
Valid for 5 years unless there are changes in personal appearance.
11. Additional Requirements (Country-Specific)
Some Schengen countries may ask for additional documents like:
Invitation letter from the host.
Work or study-related documentation.

Day 1

1st day Athens: Arrival in Athens. Our transfer will be waiting for you at the airport to take you to your hotel. Check-in. Overnight.

Day 2

2nd day Athens – Athens city tour &Acropolis museum: Breakfast and get ready for Athens Half day city tour. This tour gives you an opportunity to observe the striking contrasts that make Athens such a fascinating city. Our expert guides will take you to see the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896 (short stop). Continue and pass by the Prime Minister's residence (ex. Royal Palace) guarded by the Euzones in their colorful uniform, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian's Arch, the Parliament and the memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, the Constitution Square (Syntagma). On the Acropolis visit the Architectural Masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally "the harmony between material and spirit", the monument that "puts order in the mind", the Parthenon. Continue and visit the place where at last the statues found their home and admire the wonders of the classical era: The new Acropolis museum. Overnight.

Day 3

3rd day Athens – Mykonos: Transfer to the port for your ferry boat to Mykonos. Arrival and transfer to your hotel. Check-in. Overnight.

Day 4

4th day Mykonos: Free day at leisure in Mykonos. We highly recommend you the optional tour to Delos Island or Mykonos Walking tour. Overnight.

Day 5

5th day Mykonos – Santorini: Transfer to the port for your speed boat to Santorini. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Check-in. Overnight.

Day 6

6th day Santorini– Caldera &Oia sunset tour: Breakfast and then starting the tour by bus from the pick-up point, we arrive at the port of Athinios and board the boat. We will sail close to the old port of Fira and make our first stop in the volcanic island of NeaKameni. Walking up the soil path, we will approach the crater of the still active volcano. The trip continues to the second volcanic island named Palea Kameni, The boat makes a stop approximately 50 meters from the Hot Springs so you can dive in the green sulphur waters or simply relax and enjoy the view. After the Hot Springs we will sail to Thirasia Island which was part of Santorini before the big explosion of the volcano. We will stay in Thirasia for two hours having the chance to go swimming, have lunch next to the sea or explore the village of Manolas with its winding steps and traditional houses. Leaving Thirasia Island, the boat will take us to the port of Oia. We will walk up the steps to the most famous place of the world for its amazing sunset. The tour ends 30 minutes after the sunset. We will gather at the pickup point in Oia where the bus will be waiting to take you back to the point you started the excursion. Overnight.

Day 7

7th day Santorini: Transfer to the airport for your flight back home, having the best impression from your trip!
