To apply for a Schengen visa, Indian citizens must submit the following documents:
1. Completed Visa Application Form
Download the form from the official website of the Schengen country you are visiting or fill it out online (depending on the embassy/consulate).
Ensure all details are accurate and consistent.
2. Valid Passport
Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended date of departure from the Schengen area.
At least two blank pages for visa stamps.
Issued within the last 10 years.
3. Recent Passport-Size Photographs
Two identical photos.
Dimensions: 35mm x 45mm.
White background, neutral expression, no headgear (unless for religious purposes).
Photo should meet biometric standards.
4. Cover Letter
Explain the purpose of your visit, itinerary, and duration of stay.
Addressed to the consulate/embassy of the country you are applying to.
5. Travel Itinerary
Flight reservation showing entry and exit dates.
Proof of accommodation: Hotel bookings or a letter of invitation from a host in the Schengen country.
Include a detailed travel plan, if applicable.
6. Travel Insurance
Must cover medical emergencies, accidents, and repatriation.
Minimum coverage of €30,000.
Valid for all Schengen countries for the entire duration of your stay.
7. Proof of Financial Means
Recent bank statements (last 3–6 months).
Income tax returns (ITR) or Form 16.
Proof of sponsorship (if applicable) along with a sponsor’s letter and financial documents.
8. Employment Documents
For employed individuals: Letter from employer, salary slips (last 3 months), and leave approval.
For self-employed: Business registration certificate and financial documents.
For students: Enrollment letter and NOC from the educational institution.
For retirees: Pension statements or proof of retirement income.
9. Proof of Civil Status
Marriage certificate, birth certificate, or other relevant documents, if applicable.
10. Biometrics
Fingerprints and photo will be taken at the visa application center unless exempt.
Valid for 5 years unless there are changes in personal appearance.
11. Additional Requirements (Country-Specific)
Some Schengen countries may ask for additional documents like:
Invitation letter from the host.

A deposit of 25-30% is due at booking. The balance is due 30 days before departure. Full payment is required for bookings within 30 days.

Cancellations: Full refund minus deposit if canceled more than 30 days before. 50% refund for 15-30 days before. No refund if canceled less than 15 days.

Itinerary changes may occur due to unforeseen events. We will notify you of major changes.

You are responsible for obtaining visas and ensuring your passport is valid for 6 months beyond travel.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance for cancellations, medical issues, and lost baggage.

Ensure you meet health requirements, including vaccinations. Follow safety guidelines during the trip.

Accommodation and transportation are arranged but may change due to availability or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delays caused by third-party providers.

You are responsible for your belongings. We are not liable for lost or stolen items.

Complaints must be made during the trip and submitted in writing within 14 days. Legal disputes are under Indian jurisdiction.
