This tour package does not include flights. However, upon request, we can arrange flight tickets from India to Düsseldorf, Germany, with airlines such as Lufthansa, Emirates, Qatar Airways, and Air India.

4 Nights’ accommodation at the above mentioned Hotel (4*).
Daily buffet breakfast at the hotel and daily dinner at an indian restaurant.
Transfers to and from the fairground by luxury coach, coordinated with your group.

Any Air Fare / Train Ticket Meals not Specified: This itinerary only includes breakfast each day and daily indian dinners.
It does not cover other food or drinks like snacks or meals outside the hotel.

Additional Travel Insurance Cost depending upon the age of the traveler ie 55 and above.
 Anything related to personal nature or expenses: This covers anything you might buy on your trip, like souvenirs, drinks at bars, phone calls, or laundry service

A Registration fee (75,000 Per Person) is required at the time of booking (Non-Refundable).
To confirm your booking, please provide complete registration form along with all required documents.

In the event your chosen hotels are unavailable, Red-Carpet Tours will offer comparable alternatives with similar service and amenities.

Group tickets cannot be refunded.
Date changes are only permitted before tickets are issued. Any fare difference will be charged extra.

Upgrading your seat or class can only be done at the airport, subject to availability.

The package cost is based on an exchange rate of 100 EURO and is subject to change.

Confirmed itineraries cannot be modified unless submitted in writing. Verbal requests will not be accepted.

This travel package requires a minimum of 35 adult passengers traveling together.
A reduction in group size may lead to a price increase or changes to included services.

International check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00.

Single travelers may be required to pay a single room supplement if a twin room partner cannot be found.

Red Carpet Tours is not responsible for any refused/delayed visa documents or expenses incurred due to visa issues.
Cancellation charges apply for visa refusal as per policy.

More than 45 days prior to departure: Booking Amount of INR 75,000
Between 45 to 31 days prior to departure: 75% of package price
Between 30 to 0 days prior to departure: 100% of package price
Written notification is required for these charges to apply.
