70% advance payment is required at the time of MICE package confirmation.
Remaining 30% payment must be made 15 days before the departure date or event date.

The package cost is calculated on a minimum group size of 50 full-paying passengers.
If the final group size reduces below 50 passengers, the package cost may be revised accordingly.

Red Carpet Tours will assist with travel documents wherever applicable, but approval of visa or permit is not guaranteed.
Any delay or rejection due to incomplete documents, incorrect details or government rules will be the responsibility of the traveller.
The itinerary, event flow and sightseeing schedule may change due to weather conditions, traffic, local restrictions, government permissions, venue rules or operational reasons.
Final operation of sightseeing, transfers, meals and event activities will depend on local conditions and supplier availability.
Any change requested by the client after confirmation may involve additional charges.
No refund will be provided for unused services due to delay, late arrival, no-show, natural calamities, road closure or unavoidable circumstances.
Conference, meeting, gala dinner or activity arrangements will be provided only if clearly mentioned in the package inclusions.
Red Carpet Tours will not be liable for loss or damage of personal baggage, valuables or belongings during the tour or event.
Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings on their own.
Red Carpet Tours will provide assistance to the best of its ability in case of any baggage-related issue.
Red Carpet Tours or its service providers will not be liable for any injury, accident, medical emergency or loss of life during travel, sightseeing, event activities or optional activities.
Any extra service beyond the mentioned inclusions will be chargeable unless approved in writing by the coordinator.
Red Carpet Tours will not be liable for delay, loss of baggage, natural calamities, airline schedule changes, venue restrictions or circumstances beyond control.
Cancellation charges will be applicable after confirmation of the MICE package with Red Carpet Tours.
Any cancellation request must be shared in writing by the client.
No-show will attract 100% cancellation charges.
Airfares, visa fees, insurance, event registration, venue booking, conference setup and other non-refundable services will remain non-refundable.
Cancellation charges may vary depending on hotel, airline, venue, transport and service provider policies.
If the group size reduces below the minimum 50 pax requirement, package cost may be revised and cancellation charges may apply as per supplier policies.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per supplier and company policy.
Airfares, visa fees, insurance, event registration, venue booking and conference setup charges are non-refundable.
No refund will be provided for any unused hotel stay, meal, transfer, sightseeing, event service or activity.
Refund processing time may vary depending on hotel, airline, transport vendor, venue partner and payment gateway timelines.
Any refund amount will be processed only after receiving the same from the respective supplier or service provider.
Guests are advised to carry suitable clothing, comfortable shoes, required medicines and personal essentials.
Travel insurance is recommended for all travellers.
Any personal expense such as laundry, tips, room service, mini bar, extra meals, shopping, optional tours or adventure activities will be borne by the guest.
Any branding, printing, gifts, banners, standees, welcome kits, event manpower or special arrangement will be charged extra unless mentioned in the inclusions.
