A registration fee of INR 75,000 per person is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
To confirm your booking, please submit the complete registration form along with all required documents.
Full payment must be received 4 weeks before departure to secure your booking.
Late payment may result in a change of departure date or cancellation of the booking.
In the event your chosen hotels are unavailable, Red-Carpet Tours will offer comparable alternatives with similar service and amenities.
Group tickets are non-refundable.
Date changes are permitted only before tickets are issued. Any fare difference will be charged extra.
Upgrading your seat or class can only be done at the airport, subject to availability.
The package cost is based on an exchange rate of EURO and is subject to change.

Single travellers may be required to pay a single room supplement if a twin-sharing room partner is not available.
Red Carpet Tours shall not be responsible for visa refusal, visa delay, incomplete documents, or any expenses incurred due to visa-related issues.
Cancellation charges will apply in case of visa refusal as per the cancellation policy.
More than 45 days prior to departure: booking amount of INR 75,000 will be charged.
Between 45 to 31 days prior to departure: 75% of the package price will be charged.
Between 30 to 0 days prior to departure: 100% of the package price will be charged.
Written cancellation notification is required for cancellation charges to apply.
Red Carpet Tours reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport and all required visas for the trip.
