Booking and Payment
A Registration fee (75,000 Per Person) is required at the time of booking (Non-Refundable). To confirm your booking, please provide complete registration form along with all required documents. Full payment must be received by 4 weeks before departure to secure your spot. Late payment may result in a change to your departure date/cancellation of the booking. Hotels
In the event your chosen hotels are unavailable, Red-Carpet Tours will offer comparable alternatives with similar service and amenities. Group Travel
Group tickets cannot be refunded. Date changes are only permitted before tickets are issued. Any fare difference will be charged extra. Seat Upgrades
Upgrading your seat or class can only be done at the airport, subject to availability. Pricing
The package cost is based on an exchange rate of 83 USD and is subject to change. Airfare and taxes are subject to change. Itinerary Changes
Confirmed itineraries cannot be modified unless submitted in writing. Verbal requests will not be accepted. Minimum Group Size
This travel package requires a minimum of 35 adult passengers traveling together. A reduction in group size may lead to a price increase or changes to included services. Check-In/Out Times
