Review booking policies, payment schedules, cancellation rules, refunds, liabilities, and other important travel terms.

70% advance payment is required at the time of package confirmation.
Remaining 30% payment must be made 7 days before the departure date.
Booking will be processed only after receiving the advance payment.
Payment once made will be subject to the cancellation and refund policy mentioned below.

The package cost is based on a minimum of 2 full-paying passengers travelling together.

Honeymoon freebies are provided by the hotel and may vary from hotel to hotel.

Cancellation charges will be applicable after confirmation of the package with Red Carpet Tours.
Any cancellation request must be shared in writing.
No-show will attract 100% cancellation charges.
Airfares, if included or booked separately, are non-refundable.
Cancellation charges may vary depending on hotel, airline, transport and service provider policies.
Special honeymoon arrangements, once confirmed, may be non-refundable.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per supplier and company policy.
Airfares are non-refundable.
No refund will be provided for any unused hotel stay, meal, transfer, sightseeing, activity or service.
No refund will be made due to bad weather, ill health, strike, road closure, natural calamity or any unavoidable circumstance.
Refund processing time may vary depending on hotel, airline, transport vendor and payment gateway timelines.

Red Carpet Tours will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during hotel stay or while travelling.
Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings on their own.
Red Carpet Tours will provide assistance to the best of its ability in case of any travel-related issue.
Red Carpet Tours or its operators will not be liable for any injury, accident or loss during travel or activities undertaken during the tour.
Red Carpet Tours will not be liable for delays, cancellations or changes caused by airlines, hotels, transport vendors, weather, strikes or circumstances beyond control.

Travel insurance is recommended for all travellers.
Any personal expense such as laundry, tips, room service, minibar, extra meals, shopping or optional activities will be borne by the guest.
Any service not specifically mentioned in the inclusions will be treated as an extra service and will be chargeable.
