Booking & Payment
- A mandatory deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- The balance payment must be completed before the travel date or as per the agreed schedule.
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Pricing
- Prices are based on current flight, hotel, transport, and tax rates.
- Rates may change due to currency fluctuation or supplier price changes.
- Any increase in cost must be borne by the traveler.
Hotel Policies
- Standard check-in time: 15:00 hrs; check-out time: 11:00 hrs.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- A refundable security deposit may be requested by the hotel at check-in.
Transportation
- Transfers and tours are provided strictly as per the itinerary.
- Additional usage of the vehicle outside scheduled timings will be chargeable.
- Drivers follow fixed operating hours to maintain service schedules.
Passport & Visa
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the travel date.
- Visa processing (if applicable) is the responsibility of the traveler unless included in the package.
Travel Documents
- Travelers must carry all required documents such as passport, visa, tickets, and vouchers.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Itinerary Changes
- Itinerary may be modified due to weather, traffic, or operational reasons.
- No refunds for unutilized services caused by circumstances beyond control.
Cancellations & Refunds
- More than 30 days before departure: minimum cancellation charges apply.
- 15–30 days before departure: up to 50% of package cost may be charged.
- Less than 15 days before departure: up to 100% cancellation.
- No refund for partially used services.
- Flight cancellations follow airline policies.
Travel Insurance
- Highly recommended for medical, baggage, or trip delay coverage.
- The company is not responsible for any losses not covered by insurance.
Health & Safety
- Guests must disclose any medical conditions before travel.
- Local health or COVID-19 regulations must be followed.
Responsibility & Liability
- The company acts as an agent between clients and service providers.
- Not responsible for loss of personal belongings, delays, or natural disruptions.
- Compensation is subject to the policies of individual service providers.
Conduct
- Guests must maintain proper behavior during the tour.
- Any damage to hotel property or vehicles will be chargeable to the traveler.
