Terms & Conditions
Review booking policies, payment schedules, cancellation rules, refunds, liabilities, and other important travel terms.
A deposit of 25% to 30% is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance payment must be made 30 days before the departure date.
Full payment is required for bookings made within 30 days of departure.
Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of payment and service availability.
If cancelled more than 30 days before departure, a full refund will be provided after deducting the deposit amount.
If cancelled between 15 to 30 days before departure, 50% of the package amount will be refunded.
If cancelled less than 15 days before departure, no refund will be provided.
Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing.
The itinerary may change due to unforeseen events, operational reasons, weather conditions or local restrictions.
We will notify guests of any major changes in the itinerary wherever possible.
Final sightseeing and travel arrangements will depend on local conditions and service availability.
No refund will be provided for unused services due to itinerary changes caused by unavoidable circumstances.
Guests are responsible for obtaining the required visas for travel.
Guests must ensure that their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date.
Guests are responsible for carrying valid travel documents, tickets, vouchers and government-approved ID proof.
Red Carpet Tours will not be responsible for denied boarding or travel issues due to invalid, incomplete or incorrect documents.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance before departure.
Travel insurance should cover cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage and travel delays.
Any claim related to insurance will be subject to the insurance company’s terms and conditions.
Guests must ensure that they meet all health requirements for the destination, including vaccinations if applicable.
Guests are advised to follow all safety guidelines during the trip.
Guests must take care of their personal health, medicines and fitness before and during travel.

Red Carpet Tours will not be responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, political unrest, strikes or circumstances beyond control.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
Red Carpet Tours will not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged personal items.
Guests are advised to keep their valuables, documents and belongings safe at all times.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully with fellow travellers, hotel staff, drivers, guides and local authorities.
Red Carpet Tours reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip for disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
No refund will be provided if a guest is removed from the trip due to misconduct.
Any complaint must be reported during the trip so that assistance can be provided immediately.
Complaints must also be submitted in writing within 14 days after completion of the trip.
Any legal dispute will be subject to Indian jurisdiction.
