Terms & Conditions
Review booking policies, payment schedules, cancellation rules, refunds, liabilities, and other important travel terms.
A deposit of 25% to 30% is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance payment must be made 30 days before the departure date.
Full payment is required for bookings made within 30 days of departure.
If cancelled more than 30 days before departure, a full refund will be provided after deducting the deposit amount.
If cancelled between 15 to 30 days before departure, 50% of the package amount will be refunded.
If cancelled less than 15 days before departure, no refund will be provided.
Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing.
Itinerary changes may occur due to unforeseen events, operational reasons, weather conditions or local restrictions.
Guests will be notified of any major changes wherever possible.
No refund will be provided for unused services due to itinerary changes caused by unavoidable circumstances.
Guests are responsible for obtaining the required visas for travel.
Guests must ensure that their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date.
Red Carpet Tours will not be responsible for denied boarding or travel issues due to invalid, incomplete or incorrect documents.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance for cancellations, medical issues, lost baggage and travel delays.
Any insurance claim will be subject to the insurance company’s terms and conditions.
The company will not be responsible for losses not covered by insurance.
Guests must ensure that they meet all health requirements for the destination, including vaccinations if applicable.
Guests are advised to follow all safety guidelines during the trip.
Guests must take care of their personal health, medicines and fitness before and during travel.
Accommodation and transportation will be arranged as per the confirmed package.
Accommodation and transportation may change due to availability or unforeseen circumstances.
If the proposed hotel or transport service is unavailable, a similar category option will be provided wherever possible.

No refund will be provided if a guest is removed from the trip due to misconduct.
