Located near Frankfurt Airport, this modern 4-star hotel offers comfortable rooms with soundproof windows, free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, on-site restaurant, and complimentary airport shuttle service. Ideal for business travelers and tourists seeking quick access to both the airport and the city center.
Distance to Messe Frankfurt Exhibition Grounds: Approximately 14 km (25–30 min by car or 35 min by public transport).

2.) Hotel NH Frankfurt Airport West – 4 Star **** or Similar
A stylish hotel featuring spacious rooms, an indoor swimming pool, wellness area with sauna, fitness center, international cuisine restaurant, and free airport shuttle. Its strategic location near the airport makes it perfect for trade fair visitors.
Distance to Messe Frankfurt Exhibition Grounds: Approximately 17 km (30 min by car or 40 min by train).

Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 2 blank pages.

Invitation letter from the host company stating purpose of trip, business details etc

Group tickets cannot be refunded.
Date changes are only permitted before tickets are issued. Any fare difference will be charged extra.

Upgrading your seat or class can only be done at the airport, subject to availability.

The package cost is based on an exchange rate of 102 EURO and is subject to change.

Confirmed itineraries cannot be modified unless submitted in writing. Verbal requests will not be accepted.

Between 45 to 31 days prior to departure: 75% of package price
Between 30 to 0 days prior to departure: 100% of package price
