1.) Park Hotel Frankfurt Airport 3 Star *** Superior or Similar
A comfortable 3-star hotel located near Frankfurt Airport, offering convenient access to the airport and modern amenities for a pleasant stay.

2.) Hotel NH Frankfurt Airport West 4 Star **** or Similar
A modern 4-star hotel with excellent facilities, located just a short distance from Frankfurt Airport, ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

3.) Intercity Hotel Frankfurt Airport 4**** or Similar
This 4-star hotel offers stylish accommodations and is conveniently located near Frankfurt Airport, providing easy access to transport links and essential services.
 Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 2 blank pages.
 Visa application form.
 2 recent color photographs.
 Invitation letter from the host company stating purpose of trip, business details etc
Flights to CPhI Frankfurt 2025 will be available soon.
 Accommodation: 4 or 5-star city hotels with daily breakfast.
  Meals: Daily Indian dinners at the hotel.
  Transfers: Airport-hotel-airport transfers and fairground transfers by luxury coach.
  Visa Assistance: Schengen visa assistance and documentation.
  Sightseeing: City tours, such as a Frankfurt city tour
Additional Services:.
  One gala dinner with free-flowing drinks.
  Services of a tour manager.
  Complimentary travel kit.
 Any services or amenities not explicitly listed in the package inclusions are excluded.
  The cost of obtaining a schengen visa and any travel insurance are not included in the package price.
  Any expenses of a personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, or minibar charges, are not covered

  GST and TCS (Tax Collected at Source) are extra on the land package cost only.
  Cost of Packed Lunch: €20 per lunch.
    Booking and Payment
  • A Registration fee (75,000 Per Person) is required at the time of booking (Non-Refundable).
  • To confirm your booking, please provide complete registration form along with all required documents.
  • Full payment must be received by 4 weeks before departure to secure your spot.
  • Late payment may result in a change to your departure date/cancellation of the booking.
    • Hotels
  • In the event your chosen hotels are unavailable, Red-Carpet Tours will offer comparable alternatives with similar service and amenities.
    • Group Travel
  • Group tickets cannot be refunded.
  • Date changes are only permitted before tickets are issued. Any fare difference will be charged extra.
    • Seat Upgrades
  • Upgrading your seat or class can only be done at the airport, subject to availability.
    • Pricing
  • The package cost is based on an exchange rate of 83 USD and is subject to change.
  • Airfare and taxes are subject to change.
    • Itinerary Changes
  • Confirmed itineraries cannot be modified unless submitted in writing. Verbal requests will not be accepted.
    • Minimum Group Size
  • This travel package requires a minimum of 35 adult passengers traveling together.
  • A reduction in group size may lead to a price increase or changes to included services.
    • Check-In/Out Times
  • International check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00.
    • Currency Fluctuations
  • An increase in the exchange rate may impact the cost of transportation and other land arrangements.

    • Flight Delays/Cancellations
  • You are responsible for any additional expenses due to flight delays, changes, or cancellations. Red Carpet Tours will assist you where possible, but no refunds will be provided for unused services.
    • Trade Fairs
  • Red Carpet Tours is not liable for changes to dates, venue, cancellation, or exhibition profile of trade fairs.
    • Single Travelers
  • Single travelers may be required to pay a single room supplement if a twin room partner cannot be found.
    • Visa Information
  • Red Carpet Tours is not responsible for any refused/delayed visa documents or expenses incurred due to visa issues.
  • Cancellation charges apply for visa refusal as per policy.
    • Cancellation Policy
    The following cancellation charges apply in addition to the non-refundable registration fee:
  • More than 45 days prior to departure: Booking Amount of INR 75,000
  • Between 45 to 31 days prior to departure: 75% of package price
  • Between 30 to 0 days prior to departure: 100% of package price
  • Written notification is required for these charges to apply.
