Optional Activities: Any activities or excursions not mentioned in the inclusions are not covered by the package.

Personal Expenses: Items of a personal nature such as laundry, souvenirs, phone calls, and minibar charges are not included.

Pre/Post Accommodation: Additional nights before or after your included hotel stay will incur an extra charge, including room and breakfast only.

Individual Transfers: Transfers outside of the scheduled group transfers will on extra cost.

Review booking policies, payment schedules, cancellation rules, refunds, liabilities, and other important travel terms.

A Registration fee (75,000 Per Person) is required at the time of booking (Non-Refundable).
To confirm your booking, please provide complete registration form along with all required documents.
Full payment must be received by 4 weeks before departure to secure your spot.
Late payment may result in a change to your departure date/cancellation of the booking.

In the event your chosen hotels are unavailable, Red-Carpet Tours will offer comparable alternatives with similar service and amenities.

Group tickets cannot be refunded.
Date changes are only permitted before tickets are issued. Any fare difference will be charged extra.

Upgrading your seat or class can only be done at the airport, subject to availability.

The package cost is based on an exchange rate of USD and is subject to change.

Confirmed itineraries cannot be modified unless submitted in writing. Verbal requests will not be accepted.

Between 45 to 31 days prior to departure: 75% of package price
Between 30 to 0 days prior to departure: 100% of package price
