Visa Supporting Documents

Important visa requirements, application process, documentation, processing timelines, and entry regulations for your destination.

  • Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 2 blank pages.
  • Visa application form.
  • 2 recent color photographs.
  • Invitation letter from the host company stating purpose of trip, business details etc.
  • Note: Visa fees is included in the package for one time only.


Terms & Conditions

Review booking policies, payment schedules, cancellation rules, refunds, liabilities, and other important travel terms.

  • A registration fee of INR 75,000 per person is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
  • To confirm your booking, please submit the complete registration form along with all required documents.
  • Full payment must be received 4 weeks before departure to secure your booking.
  • Late payment may result in a change of departure date or cancellation of the booking.

  • In the event your chosen hotels are unavailable, Red-Carpet Tours will offer comparable alternatives with similar service and amenities.

  • Group tickets are non-refundable.
  • Date changes are permitted only before tickets are issued. Any fare difference will be charged extra.

  • Seat or class upgrades can only be requested at the airport and are subject to availability.

  • The package cost is based on an exchange rate of USD and is subject to change.
  • Airfare and taxes are subject to change.

  • Confirmed itineraries cannot be modified unless the request is submitted in writing. Verbal requests will not be accepted.

  • This travel package requires a minimum of 35 adult passengers travelling together.
  • Any reduction in group size may lead to a price increase or changes in included services.

  • Standard international hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.

  • An increase in the exchange rate may impact the cost of transportation and other land arrangements.
  • Any additional charges arising due to currency fluctuation will be payable directly to Red Carpet Tours.

  • Hotel rates are subject to change without prior notice due to availability, delays, or hotel management changes.
  • If the selected hotel is unavailable, alternative options with different pricing may be offered.

  • Any additional expenses due to flight delays, changes, or cancellations shall be borne by the traveller.
  • Red Carpet Tours will assist wherever possible, but no refund will be provided for unused services.

  • Red Carpet Tours shall not be liable for any change in trade fair dates, venue, cancellation, or exhibition profile.

  • Single travellers may be required to pay a single room supplement if a twin-sharing room partner is not available.

  • Red Carpet Tours shall not be responsible for visa refusal, visa delay, incomplete documents, or any expenses incurred due to visa-related issues.
  • Cancellation charges will apply in case of visa refusal as per the cancellation policy.
  • The passenger/s will not hold Red Carpet Tours Pvt. Ltd, under any circumstances, liable or responsible for any refused/delayed documents and / or for any expenses incurred due to non-availability of visa and / or error in dates of visa granted, etc. In case of visa refusal, cancellation charges will be applicable as given.

  • More than 45 days prior to departure: booking amount of INR 75,000 will be charged.
  • Between 45 to 31 days prior to departure: 75% of the package price will be charged.
  • Between 30 to 0 days prior to departure: 100% of the package price will be charged.
  • Written cancellation notification is required for cancellation charges to apply.

  • Red Carpet Tours reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport and all required visas for the trip.
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended.
  • Red Carpet Tours shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage suffered during the trip.
