• If any of the mentioned hotels are unavailable, similar-category hotels will be provided without compromising on services or facilities.

• For group airfare bookings, passengers may not be able to complete web check-in.
• Passengers may need to request their preferred seats at the airport check-in counter on the day of departure.
• Seat allocation is subject to airline availability and applicable airline policies.

• The package cost is calculated based on an exchange rate of 1 Euro = INR 111.
• Airfare and applicable taxes are calculated as of 04 January 2026 and are subject to change without prior notice.

• No changes to the itinerary will be entertained once the booking has been confirmed unless the request is communicated in writing.
• Verbal requests, commitments, or assurances will not be considered valid unless confirmed in writing.

• The travel package is based on a minimum group size of 30 adult passengers travelling together.
• Any reduction in the group size may result in an increase in the package cost and/or changes to the included services.

• Standard international hotel check-in time is 1400 hrs and check-out time is 1200 hrs.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may attract additional charges.

• Any increase in the applicable exchange rate may result in an increase in transportation costs and other land arrangement expenses.
• Any exchange-rate difference applicable before departure shall be payable directly to Red Carpet Tours.

• Any expenses arising due to flight delays, schedule changes, cancellations, missed connections, or overstay shall be borne by the passenger.
• Red Carpet Tours shall not be held liable for expenses arising from airline-related disruptions.
• Assistance will be provided to the best of our abilities wherever possible.
• No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.

• Red Carpet Tours shall not be responsible for any changes in trade fair dates, venue, exhibition profile, schedule, postponement, or cancellation by the organizers.

• For last-minute registration by a single passenger or if a twin-sharing partner is unavailable, a single-room supplement will be mandatory.
• The applicable single-room supplement shall be borne by the passenger.

• Passengers shall not hold Red Carpet Tours Pvt. Ltd. liable or responsible for visa refusal or delays in visa or document processing.
• Red Carpet Tours shall not be responsible for errors in visa validity dates or any expenses incurred due to the non-availability of a visa.
• Visa approval remains entirely at the discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate.
• In case of visa refusal, cancellation charges will apply according to the cancellation policy mentioned below.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, a passenger is unable to avail the package, the cancellation must be communicated in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply per person:
