1.) Ramada by Wyndham Essen 4 Star **** or Similar
A comfortable 4-star hotel located in Essen, offering modern amenities and easy access to the city's attractions, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

2.) HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS WUPPERTAL – HAUPTBAHNHOF 4**** or Similar
Located in the heart of Wuppertal, the Holiday Inn Express Wuppertal – Hauptbahnhof offers modern 4-star accommodations with convenient access to public transport, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel features comfortable rooms, complimentary breakfast, and easy access to the city's attractions.
 Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 2 blank pages.
 Visa application form.
 2 recent color photographs.
 Invitation letter from the host company stating purpose of trip, business details etc
This tour package does not include flights. However, upon request, we can arrange flight tickets from India to Düsseldorf, Germany, with airlines such as Lufthansa, Emirates, Qatar Airways, and Air India.
 4 Nights’ accommodation at the above mentioned Hotel (4*).
  Daily buffet breakfast at the hotel and daily dinner at an indian restaurant.
  Transfers to and from the fairground by luxury coach, coordinated with your group.
  Overseas travel insurance.
  A complimentary travel kit from Red Carpet Tours.
  Services of a Red-Carpet Tours manager to assist you throughout the trip.
 Any Air Fare / Train Ticket Meals not Specified: This itinerary only includes breakfast each day and daily indian dinners.
  It does not cover other food or drinks like snacks or meals outside the hotel.
  Any item not mentioned in Inclusions: This is a general catch-all, basically saying anything not listed as included is excluded.
  This could be things like travel insurance, airport transfers, additional activities, or gratuities.
  Entrance ticket to fairground: Any entrance fees for fairs, exhibitions, or specific attractions you might want to visit are not included.
  You'll need to purchase them separately.
  Schengen Visa fees: If you need a visa to travel, the cost of obtaining that visa is not included.
  Additional Travel Insurance Cost depending upon the age of the traveler ie 55 and above.
   Anything related to personal nature or expenses: This covers anything you might buy on your trip, like souvenirs, drinks at bars, phone calls, or laundry service

    Booking and Payment
  • A Registration fee (75,000 Per Person) is required at the time of booking (Non-Refundable).
  • To confirm your booking, please provide complete registration form along with all required documents.
  • Full payment must be received by 4 weeks before departure to secure your spot.
  • Late payment may result in a change to your departure date/cancellation of the booking.
    • Hotels
  • In the event your chosen hotels are unavailable, Red-Carpet Tours will offer comparable alternatives with similar service and amenities.
    • Group Travel
  • Group tickets cannot be refunded.
  • Date changes are only permitted before tickets are issued. Any fare difference will be charged extra.
    • Seat Upgrades
  • Upgrading your seat or class can only be done at the airport, subject to availability.
    • Pricing
  • The package cost is based on an exchange rate of 83 USD and is subject to change.
  • Airfare and taxes are subject to change.
    • Itinerary Changes
  • Confirmed itineraries cannot be modified unless submitted in writing. Verbal requests will not be accepted.
    • Minimum Group Size
  • This travel package requires a minimum of 35 adult passengers traveling together.
  • A reduction in group size may lead to a price increase or changes to included services.
    • Check-In/Out Times
  • International check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00.
    • Currency Fluctuations
  • An increase in the exchange rate may impact the cost of transportation and other land arrangements.
    • You will be responsible for any additional charges payable directly to Red Carpet Tours. Hotel Rates
  • Hotel prices are subject to change without notice due to delays or management changes.
  • If your chosen hotel is unavailable, alternative options with potentially different pricing may be offered.
    • Flight Delays/Cancellations
  • You are responsible for any additional expenses due to flight delays, changes, or cancellations. Red Carpet Tours will assist you where possible, but no refunds will be provided for unused services.
    • Trade Fairs
  • Red Carpet Tours is not liable for changes to dates, venue, cancellation, or exhibition profile of trade fairs.
    • Single Travelers
  • Single travelers may be required to pay a single room supplement if a twin room partner cannot be found.
    • Visa Information
  • Red Carpet Tours is not responsible for any refused/delayed visa documents or expenses incurred due to visa issues.
  • Cancellation charges apply for visa refusal as per policy.
    • Cancellation Policy
    The following cancellation charges apply in addition to the non-refundable registration fee:
  • More than 45 days prior to departure: Booking Amount of INR 75,000
  • Between 45 to 31 days prior to departure: 75% of package price
  • Between 30 to 0 days prior to departure: 100% of package price
  • Written notification is required for these charges to apply.

  • Red Carpet Tours reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport and any necessary visas for your trip.
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended.
  • Red Carpet Tours is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage suffered during your trip.
